Early Years Teaching Assistant – Harlow
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Term‑time only

Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early learning journey? A warm and welcoming primary school in Harlow is looking for a nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team on a term‑time basis.
About the role
- Supporting children in Nursery/Reception with their learning, play and development
- Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities
- Providing 1:1 and small‑group support where needed
- Helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Assisting with daily routines, phonics, early literacy and early maths
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
