Our York clinic serves a affluent and largely underserved market for premium full arch implant treatment — a city with the patient base to match and the demand to sustain a busy surgical diary.
We are looking for an experienced implant surgeon who is UK-based, available on a consistent weekly basis, and ready to hit the ground running within a high-performing environment built for results.
Our full-time in-house lab team works exclusively within an iCAM workflow — delivering the speed, precision, and predictability that full arch cases demand. From planning through to prosthetic delivery, everything is joined up, efficient, and designed to produce outstanding results consistently. You work within a proven system that is already producing exceptional outcomes.
We run a high volume of full arch cases and the diary reflects that. Where a surgeon’s assessment indicates a ceramic restoration is the better clinical outcome, the patient is referred to a colleague within the group. It’s a collaborative model and it works well for everyone.
What this role offers:
- A high-volume pipeline of patients generated for you from day one through our own marketing and brand infrastructure
- In-house full-time lab team with iCAM workflow — a system you work within, not around
- Clear treatment planning protocols with collaborative support for non-full arch cases
- Earnings between £25,000 and £50,000 per month depending on surgical hours
- The most operationally sophisticated dental HQ in the UK handling everything outside the surgery
- A long-term pathway to equity investment in the YDS Group for the right surgeon
What we require:
- Proven experience in full arch implant surgery and Teeth in a Day protocols
- UK-based and available to commit to a regular weekly schedule — this is not a fly-in role
- A methodical, patient-centred approach to treatment planning within established protocols
- GDC registration and an impeccable professional record
