- Regulatory compliance - ensuring all
vehicles and drivers, are licensed by the authority requirements of license we have and will have in future and must check validity of licence from the authority online database.
Including insurance, vehicle condition checks, and safeguarding standards (MOT) issued by DVSA.
- Operational management - overseeing
bookings, dispatch systems, customer
service, and ensuring vehicles are available
and roadworthy.
- Safety & safeguarding - implementing
statutory PHV standards designed
to protect passengers, especially vulnerable
individuals.
- Driver management - recruiting, training,
supervising, and ensurina drivers meet
medical all legal requirements according to authority.
- Business administration - managing
finances, insurance, record-keeping, and
compliance documentation.
- Customer relations - handling complaints,
maintaining service quality, and ensuring
accessibility for passengers with disabilities.
