Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our café team in London. If you have a passion for crafting drinks, delivering excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, this role is perfect for you. Our café offers a selection of cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty beverages during afternoon and evening service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Create classic and signature cocktails
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Check customer identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Handle payments and operate the till
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience required (1+ year preferred)
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Personal Licence (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
