About the role:
As an Analyst in Healthcare Market Access at Ipsos, you will be pivotal in translating complex market data into valuable insights. You'll work with a talented team, contributing to market access projects that span major pharmaceuticals and innovative therapies worldwide. Your role involves supporting research projects, engaging with stakeholders through market access strategies, payer research, pricing, and reimbursement planning. As part of an expert team spread across three hubs—Europe, the US, and APAC—your contributions will play a significant role in the development and execution of market access solutions for our top clients.
About you:
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors in an Analyst role
- Experience with market access strategies, payer research, pricing and reimbursement planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software
- Adept in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Motivated to learn and apply AI tools in research
- Collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to perform high-quality desk research and reporting
- Willing to travel if necessary
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Experience with healthcare datasets and national health databases
- Proficiency in AI-powered research tools
Familiarity with coding languages like R or Python is advantageous
