Job Description:
We are currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic wood machine operator to assist with the daily flow of orders through a busy joinery manufacturing workshop. The role will support the smooth running of the manufacturing processes and the efficient running of the machinery, to deal with the demand of increasing workload.
Duties will include:
The responsibility for programming, setting and operating a variety of machines to include:
- CNC - Training will be provided
- Panel saws
- Spindle Moulder
- Edge bander
- Other machinery - as and when required - (training will be provided if required).
- Working to a schedule and delivering projects within the required timescale
- Preparation of component parts ready for the joinery workshop

Applicants must have demonstrable, hands-on experience working as a CNC machinist / joinery machine operator within a manufacturing environment. This role is not suitable for entry-level candidates or those without relevant industry experience. Applicants must be currently based in Northern Ireland or able to reliably commute to our workshop location on a daily basis. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. - Previous experience in similar workshop
- Experience in Alphacam software and cutting list programs - Training Operator
Overtime Available
Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
