Eurobase is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing Insurance division, working with enterprise clients using our Synergy2 platform across the global (re)insurance market.
You’ll manage a portfolio of enterprise (re)insurance clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll drive adoption, optimise processes, and support long term client success.
Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with enterprise (re)insurance clients

Drive platform adoption and identify optimisation opportunities

Monitor client engagement and proactively manage risk

Support contract renewals and contribute to upsell opportunities

Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Sales teams

Communicate confidently with operational and senior stakeholders
- Experience in Customer Success, Client Success, or Strategic Account Management

Background in either insurance, reinsurance, SaaS, Fintech

Proven ability to manage enterprise client relationships

Strong stakeholder management and problem solving skills

Experience driving adoption and delivering measurable client outcomes

Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot)
