We are looking for good handy skills, experience in similar positions, use of initiative, and maintenance experience.
Basic knowledge of Electrical repairs is very desirable.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Caretaker to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for all occupants.
Duties:
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks to maintain the premises in a tidy condition
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly
- Dust and polish surfaces as needed
- Clean and sanitise washrooms and communal areas
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Report any maintenance issues to the relevant authorities
- Assist with setting up rooms for events or meetings
