Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting fragrances tailored to their preferences and needs
- Provide expert advice on scent profiles, usage, and product features
- Upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
- Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content and promoting products to increase brand awareness
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Keep track of stock levels, organise inventory, and assist with replenishment as needed
- Handle customer queries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy using excellent phone etiquette
- Support promotional events and participate in store activities to enhance customer experience
- Utilise organisational skills to manage appointments, schedules, and daily tasks efficiently
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging with diverse customers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on friendly and professional interaction
