Location: Whitecliff Bay
Hours: Variable seasonal contract - Full-time and part-time hours available
Salary: £12.71 per hour - Paid weekly!
What we need in a nutshell
We want someone who will assist the retail team in ensuring our guests feel that holiday thrill when they spend time in the on-site shop.
We need you to be the person to deliver delight when our guests are feeling peckish or browsing for the perfect souvenir; keeping the shop welcoming, pristine and safe.
What you will be doing
Reporting to the Retail Team Leader you will assist in the running of the onsite shop.
This includes;
- providing excellence in customer service to our guests
- accurate cash control, including daily cash procedures
- maintaining shop standards to a high level whilst adhering to health & safety procedures
What you'll also be doing, is being incredibly friendly, answering guests' questions and making sure that everyone is having a great time. You want to be remembered by the guests as being one of the outstanding heroes of their holiday.
One more thing...holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.
Skills, experience and qualities you'll need
There's lots of training on offer but you will need:
- Experience in a similar role within Retail.
- An eye for detail.
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- To be a natural born leader and a role model, someone to look up to.
- Willingness to learn and share your knowledge with others.

- Level 2 food safety and hygiene certificate.
- BIIAB level 2 award for personal licence holders.
