The Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for patients beginning their smile transformation journey.
You'll:
- Speak with warm inbound enquiries from patients who are already interested in our treatments.
- Build genuine relationships through consultative conversations.
- Understand each patient's goals and recommend the treatment that's right for them.
- Confidently handle questions and objections with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage your own pipeline and guide patients from enquiry through to sign up.
- Work closely with our clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Training & Development
We believe great salespeople are developed through exceptional training, coaching and continuous support.
Every new team member completes the Smile White Sales Academy, our structured five day induction programme designed to give you everything you need to succeed from day one.
Your first week includes:
- Three days in our dedicated training centre, learning our proven sales process, consultative selling techniques, objection handling, product knowledge and customer journey.
- Two days observing live customer consultations alongside experienced Senior Sales Executives, giving you the opportunity to see real conversations, learn best practice and build confidence before taking your own calls.
Your development doesn't stop after your first week. You'll receive ongoing coaching, regular one to ones, continuous sales training and support from experienced managers who are committed to helping you reach your full potential.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for ambitious, motivated people who genuinely enjoy sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll have:
- At least two years' consultative sales experience.
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Confidence handling objections and closing sales.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to continually improve.
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment.
