The hotel comprises of 111 bedrooms, 16 Function rooms, Restaurant, 4 Resident Bars, Spa & Wellness Centre, 27 Hole Golf Course and its very own Ten Pin Bowling Alley.
The Food & Beverage Assistant Role
We are currently recruiting for an energetic and experienced person to join our Restaurant & Bars Team on a Full Time basis.

The F&B department are responsible for the operation of the Hotel's Restaurant, Bars, Conference and Events Suites, delivering excellent customer service and providing an exceptional guest experience.
Reporting to the F&B Manager, this is a diverse role covering a large variety of jobs from breakfast service to large conference events and weddings, so we are looking for someone who has previous experience in the hospitality industry. However, above all attributes, we are looking for a passionate individual who is willing to learn and possesses a positive 'can do' attitude.
Key Responsibilities of an F&B Assistant include:
- To ensure that all guests receive a high level of customer service at all times.
- To ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness around all areas of the Hotel.
- To professionally engage with guests and visitors and promptly deal with all enquiries.
- Assist setting up and breaking down function rooms for events
- Deliver efficient food service during banquets, weddings and other large functions.
- Provide polite and professional table service in the bar areas and restaurant.
- Assist with bar service, pouring drinks and talking payments.
- To adhere to the opening and closing procedures of the department.
- Stocking the bar during and after service
- Basic cellar work - additional training provided
- Heavy lifting required to move stock and kegs between locations
- Comply with all department Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- To maintain personal hygiene standards at all times.
The Candidate must have:
- Proven reasonable standard of numerical and verbal skills, with clear spoken and written English.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Valid certification in basic Food Hygiene or willingness to achieve.
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage customer facing environment.
- Bar work and food table service experience.
- Basic cellar knowledge
- A desire to excel and progress your career.
- Shifts will vary and can be between 6am and late and will include weekends.
- Own transport essential due to our location.
