Noble Painting & Decorating Ltd is a growing, family-run decorating contractor delivering high-quality work across Oxfordshire. We specialise in premium residential properties, bespoke new builds, heritage buildings and commercial decorating projects.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team. We are open to both employed applicants and self-employed subcontractors who share our commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism.
The Role
You will be working on a variety of projects including:
- High-end residential properties
- Bespoke new build homes
- Period and heritage properties
- Commercial and educational buildings
- Internal and external decorating works
This role requires someone who takes genuine pride in their work, maintains exceptionally high standards and is comfortable working directly with clients, site managers and other trades.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' painting and decorating experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle (essential)
- Strong preparation and finishing skills
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, professional and well-presented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Wallpapering experience and CSCS certification would be advantageous but are not essential.

- Have their own vehicle, tools and equipment
- Hold appropriate insurance
- Can work to a high standard with minimal supervision
