About the Kitchen:
The kitchen will have a team of four chefs. Everything that we serve is made in our kitchen, using our recipes, from Scones, Cakes, Bakes, Main Meals, Specials, and Deli items. The Cafe proudly owns a 5 star EHO rating, which we expect to be maintained, and this will partly be down to the cleaning schedules being followed by the kitchen team.
The Role:
As a Chef, we would expect you to work closely with the head chef to complete the day to day running of the kitchen and Bakery, from baking the cakes and scones, morning prep, running the pass, helping during service, cleaning down at the end of service, controlling stock and ordering appropriately. Baking experience is preferred but not essential. . The role is 40 hours per week, working any 5 days from 7. You would be expected to work weekends and bank holidays.

Salary;
Up to £27,500 per annum.
