Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to elderly individuals in their homes or residential care facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and assistive devices
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
