Due to continued success across our recruitment business we are now in a position to add to our existing team and are looking for an additional Resourcer.
The Job
- Finding candidates from various sources including CV portals, LinkedIn, referrals etc.
- You will be building relationships and matching candidates to vacancies
- Speaking to candidates about vacancies, arranging interviews, agreeing pay rates etc
- Making sure all candidates are fully compliant for work
- Advertising jobs on our various portals
The Person
- You will need to have a competitive personality and will be looking for a job that provides you with the opportunity to earn commission on top of your salary
- You will be organised and self-motivated
- You will also be determined, ambitious and proactive
- You will have a strong ability to communicate with people and you will have an excellent telephone manner
