Sapphire Utility Solutions are seeking a Pipeline Rehabilitation Technician to join our growing team and build a long-term career in the utilities sector.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain full training across cutting units, patching, lining, and rehabilitation techniques, with a clear progression pathway to running your own van and working independently across multiple contracts.

Hours: 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm.
Salary: DOE
As a Pipeline Rehabilitation Technician, you will work alongside experienced teams and learn a range of specialist drainage repair techniques.
You will:
- Assist with cutting unit operations and learn equipment maintenance
- Work with lining and patching teams to gain experience across repair methods
- Support CIPP lining and trenchless drainage works
- Help set up traffic management systems (training provided)
- Work safely in confined spaces (training provided)
- Complete basic site documentation using tablets
- Assist with risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Carry out vehicle and equipment checks
- Maintain tools, plant, and PPE in good condition
Over time, you will be trained to run your own van and work across contracts independently
What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Interest in building a career in drainage, utilities, or construction
- Flexible approach to working hours (overtime and occasional weekends)
- Willingness to travel and work away when required
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Any experience in drainage, construction, civils, or utilities
- Knowledge of traffic management or site work
- Basic H&S awareness
