Staff Power are recruiting for Manufacturing Operative in Newton Aycliffe.
You will be working on an assembly line or dispatch if needed you should be willing to be flexible and should be hard working and motivated.
Tasks -
- Use hand tools and basic machinery to fit parts accurately
- Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail
- Conduct visual quality checks to ensure parts meet required standards
- Follow health & safety guidelines at all times on the production line
- Keep work area clean, organised, and free from hazards
- Work as part of a fast‑paced team to meet daily production targets
- Report any faults, defects, or issues to supervisors immediately
- Move materials and components safely between workstations
- Support other team members and assist in different areas when required
Shifts are 7:00- 3 and 3 – 11, you will start on day shift but then be expected to go onto alternative weeks. Shifts are Monday – Friday.
£12.71 per hour
