We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Professional Development Administrator to support our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in helping deliver impactful training and development and supporting our trainee teachers across the trust, successful candidate will:

This role suits someone who is people-focused, detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident coordinating training programmes—with a genuine interest in supporting trainee teachers from recruitment through to induction.
Essential
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative work setting, including having knowledge of software and technology
- Can demonstrate efficient collaborative and flexible working with internal and external trainees, delegates and partners
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Able to communicate effectively
Desirable
-
Have a recognised Level 3 Qualification
- Have an understanding of teacher training and the changes within this area
This is a 16 hour per week, term time only position.
