The Role
As a Helpdesk Operator, you will play a key role in supporting engineers and service teams while ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls and emails
- Communicating with Engineers and Regional Service Managers
- Scheduling engineer workloads up to 30 days in advance
- Meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
- Liaising with multiple helpdesks to resolve customer queries
- Processing and maintaining customer records
- Accurate data input and system updates
- Ensuring all call-out information is correctly logged
- Working effectively within a large team environment
Essential Criteria
- Previous administration or helpdesk experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Applicants must have a 5-year checkable work history
- Successful completion of PSNI and industry-standard screening checks is required
