The Role
You'll be working in a school that provides a safe and supportive learning environment for pupils aged 4 to 19. The school's mission is to provide an individualised and creative curriculum to meet the diverse needs of its students. The school caters to pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). The curriculum also focuses on developing essential life and communication skills. Your role will be hands-on, providing crucial support in the classroom and helping pupils to engage with their learning. This includes assisting with activities, helping with 1:1 or small group work, and promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
