Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential clients through telemarketing and outreach activities
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and documentation for insurance products
- Engage with clients via phone or face-to-face to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using sales administration tools
- Participate in marketing campaigns to promote insurance services and increase brand awareness
- Develop negotiation skills by supporting senior advisors during client meetings and negotiations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling insurance products
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and analysis techniques is beneficial
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are desirable traits
- A proactive attitude with an interest in marketing, analysis, and insurance sales is essential for success in this role
