The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen, we now require a commercially focused and patient orientated base pharmacist to support and develop our enthusiastic dispensary team. This long-established community pharmacy is located in the heart of Bonnybridge, providing patient centred pharmaceutical care.
As Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for and oversee the delivery of all aspects of the Scottish Pharmacy Contract and optimise the delivery of dispensing and professional services.
You will be pivotal in building long term relationships with all key stakeholders to support the achievement of business goals and objectives whilst maintaining Company policies, procedures and quality standards.
To be Successful
You have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of working in community pharmacy in Scotland, with evidence of consistent delivery of key business metrics and can demonstrate how you have impacted on the performance of the businesses and the teams you have managed.
With excellent communication skills, you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You have experience in managing, coaching and developing teams.

- Accurately providing prescription medications to patients.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient queries.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records.
- Delivering exceptional standards through operational compliance to ensure efficiency and maximise profitability.
- Managing stock, including ordering, date checking, and organizing medications.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and professional requirements.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and promote our services.
