As our caseload continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious solicitor to join our litigation team. This is an opportunity to manage high-quality files with genuine autonomy whilst developing your career within a modern, forward-thinking firm.

The Role
With the assistance of support staff, you will manage your own caseload of litigated personal injury and credit hire matters from inception through to trial.
Your work will include
- Fast Track and Intermediate Track litigation
- Drafting pleadings and witness statements
- Disclosure and trial preparation
- Negotiating settlements
- Part 18 Requests
- Part 36 offers
- Working closely with counsel and experts
- Delivering outstanding client care throughout the claim
This is a fee-earning role, but quality of work and technical ability are valued just as highly as billing performance.
About You
You will ideally have:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- 2+ years' litigation experience (although exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered)
- Experience running litigated personal injury files
- Credit hire experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Experience of Fast Track and Intermediate or Multi Track litigation
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent client care standards
- Confidence managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to litigation
