At Westerley we have a vacancy for a Senior Night Care Assistant, the role is to work 4 nights on 8 nights off on a rota basis, this works out at 23.33 hours a week. Night shift hours are 9.15pm to 7.15am.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
The role of a senior night care assistant is to provide wakeful night duty cover in the home and oversee a high quality of care to service users. Part of the senior night care assistant role is to administer medication and to undertake certain domestic duties that can be performed during the night hours.
The holiday entitlement for this role is 13 nights per annum which includes a bank holidays. Any bank holidays worked will be paid at double time. This role does involve weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
