What You'll Be Doing
As a Live-In Care Supervisor, you'll be the person who keeps everything connected.
You'll support carers in the field, visit clients in their homes, carry out quality checks, and build strong relationships with families and professionals.
You'll help ensure services run smoothly while supporting and developing a team that delivers life-changing support to people in their own homes.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting clients and ensuring they're receiving an excellent service
- Building trusted relationships with clients, families, and carers
- Coaching, supporting, and mentoring team members
- Conducting quality reviews and service checks
- Helping new employees settle into their roles
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Handling challenges professionally and confidently
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure high standards are maintained
- Being a positive role model and ambassador for the organisation
Who We're Looking For

- Builds rapport easily and communicates confidently
- Can remain calm and organised when priorities change
- Is naturally supportive and enjoys helping others develop
- Takes pride in delivering excellent service
- Is proactive and enjoys solving problems
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can work independently while also being a team player
- Is compassionate, professional, and approachable
You may have gained these skills in care, hospitality, retail, customer service, recruitment, education, operations, community services, or another people-focused environment.
Experience within care is beneficial, but personality, attitude, leadership ability, and a genuine desire to support others are what will really make you successful in this role.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
