We are looking for a reliable and hardworking **Laundry Operative** to join our team. You will be responsible for processing, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding linen to meet our clients' high standards.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Sorting, loading, and unloading laundry items (e.g., bed linens, towels, tablecloths).
- Operating industrial washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment.
- Inspecting linen for stains, damages, and ensuring quality control.
- Folding, packing, and preparing cleaned items for delivery.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times.
### **Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a laundry or industrial cleaning role is preferred but not essential (training provided).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Physically fit (role involves lifting, standing for long periods).
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
