Gentech Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading hotel in Enniskillen as they seek an experienced Executive Head Chef to lead their culinary operations.
The Role
Take ownership of all kitchen operations across the restaurant, bar, banqueting and events areas, ensuring exceptional food quality, strong financial performance, and the development of a high-performing kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
- Control budgets, stock, purchasing and labour costs
- Create innovative menus using local produce and current food trends
- Maintain HACCP, Food Safety and COSHH compliance
- Drive high standards of food quality and presentation
- Recruit, coach and develop the kitchen team
- Build strong supplier relationships and manage stock effectively
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Head Chef within a 4-star hotel or similar hospitality environment
- Professional cookery qualification and Food Hygiene Certificate
- Strong leadership, budgeting and stock control experience
- Experience managing HACCP and kitchen compliance
- Creative menu development skills and passion for quality food
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Desirable
- Passion for local produce and hospitality excellence
- Experience in banqueting and large-scale events]
