About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR & Training Manager to join us on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week with flexibility around how those days are structured.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure, confidence and practical HR expertise to the business. The successful candidate will help us strengthen our people processes, support managers with day-to-day HR matters, and design and deliver management and leadership training that improves capability across the organisation.
A key priority will be setting up an apprenticeship scheme, including identifying the right framework, provider and internal processes to make it successful.
This role would suit someone who is confident operating independently, comfortable working with managers at different levels, and able to balance compliance, people development and commercial practicality.
