We are looking for an energetic, organised, and adaptable person to join our team in a varied support role across multiple departments within the business.
This is a hands-on position that offers a great opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for motorcycles and excellent customer service skills. You will support our aftersales team, parts department, and sales team, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and organising used motorcycle stock and demo fleet
- Preparing motorcycles for customer demo rides
- Accompanying customers on demo rides when required
- Supporting customers on the showroom floor
- Assisting the aftersales, parts, and sales departments as needed
- General dealership support duties to maintain a high standard of presentation and service

- Genuine interest and knowledge of motorcycles
- Confident communicator with good customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Full motorcycle licence
- Confidence driving both motorcycles and vans
Hours
We can offer flexibility for the right candidate, with both full-time and part-time opportunities considered. Saturday working will be required as part of the normal working week.
