Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen
- Create and develop innovative and high-quality menus
- Ensure that food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new cooking techniques
Requirements:
- Experience as an Commis Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
