We are looking for an Experienced Jeweller who can work to a high standard across both grillz and traditional jewellery.This role is ideal for someone who already understands jewellery making, repairs, finishing and custom work.
The Role
We are looking for a skilled jeweller who can confidently work with different metals, including gold, silver, dental silver, platinum, stainless steel and other jewellery alloys. The role will include making, repairing, adjusting, cleaning, polishing and finishing grillz and jewellery pieces.
You must be confident working on small detailed pieces and be able to produce clean, high-quality work.
Main Responsibilities
Making and repairing grillz, rings, pendants, chains and custom jewellery.
Working with different metals including gold, silver, dental silver, platinum and stainless steel.
Soldering, resizing, shaping, filing, polishing and finishing jewellery.
Preparing pieces for setting, polishing, plating and final quality control.
Working on custom grillz and jewellery designs.
Cleaning up castings and making sure pieces are smooth, strong and finished properly
.Checking fit, shape, symmetry and overall finish.
Repairing broken jewellery and making adjustments where needed.
Working from CAD designs, customer instructions and workshop notes.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Working with the production team to meet deadlines.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
Proven experience as a jeweller, goldsmith, bench jeweller or jewellery repairer.
Experience working with gold, silver, platinum and other jewellery metals.
Strong soldering, filing, shaping, polishing and finishing skills.
Good understanding of jewellery repairs and custom jewellery work.
Ability to work on small detailed pieces with precision.
Experience preparing pieces for diamond setting is preferred.
Experience with grillz is preferred, but strong jewellery experience will also be considered.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure without dropping quality.
Reliable, professional and serious about producing high-quality work.
Good timekeeping and ability to follow instructions.
Pay & Benefits
Salary: £24,000 – £45,000 per year depending on experience and skill level.
Higher pay is available for exceptional jewellers who can prove they can work to a high standard with grillz, gold, silver, platinum, repairs, polishing and custom jewellery
