LINCOLNSHIRE Support workers needed to help us integrate our patients in to our supported living placements and their own homes !!
Looking for experienced mental health workers to support people who are rehabilitating in to the community.
Role to include but not limited to:
- Ensuring security of reintegration to services.
- Working with the client to achieve goals and objectives set by us and them.
- Attending MDT meetings.
- Working with the IROC framework to ensure outcomes and evidence.
- Support with appointments, budgets, and many more life skills.
- Reviewing care plans.
- An understanding of trauma informed care
- Maintaining compassionate but firm boundaries
- Motivating the unmotivated
- De-escalation techniques
- Suicide prevention
- distress tolerance
- emotional first aid training
- mental health first aid
- Managing self harm
- Through note taking skills
Must's:
- Regular commitment to at least 2 days a week (1 of which must be a weekend)
- Meet and greets will be offered first.
- Drivers only for this role due to the social inclusion
- A proven 12+ months experience in this work
- Shifts vary from 1.5 hours short calls supporting many clients to 12 hours if the risk is assessed as safe.
Shifts:
Days and nights (times vairy depending on client needs)
Must commit to at least 2 days a week- 1 being a weekend day
Pay:
£13.75- £15.00 per hour
