We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and guest-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Holiday Inn Dover. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the management team in overseeing the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar, events, and food & beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, meetings, events, and banqueting operations
- Lead, motivate, and support the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are maintained at all times
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
- Support stock control, ordering, and cost management procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, health & safety, and company standards
- Assist management with scheduling, labour control, and operational planning
- Drive upselling opportunities and revenue generation initiatives
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience within Food & Beverage operations, ideally in a supervisory role
- Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure within a busy operation
- Personal Licence and/or hospitality qualifications would be advantageous but not essential
