Job description
We are looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our busy team. Our offices offer a comprehensive range of high-quality legal services situated in Team Valley, Gateshead and The Galleries, Washington.
This role would be primarily for our Gateshead office, with some occasional cover at our Washington office.
The Job
Includes but not limited to:-
· Acting as the first point of contact with clients (on the telephone and in reception)
· Assisting fee earners and support staff in the completion of their work
· Preparation of documents and correspondence
· Dealing with clients face to face and on the telephone
· Screening incoming calls
· Organisation of diary management
· Liaising with clients, file administration, assisting with case management
· Scanning and allocating incoming post
· General office administrative duties
Your Experience
We are looking for candidates who are organised and can prioritise their own workload effectively. You will need to have excellent communication skills as there will be front of house contact with clients. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are essential. Previous experience in a Solicitors Practice would be preferred.
