We are seeking a talented Wedding Photo Editor to join our creative team. This role involves transforming raw wedding photographs into stunning, polished images that capture the essence and emotion of special days. Duties
- Edit and enhance wedding photographs to achieve a consistent and professional aesthetic using Adobe Lightroom and other editing tools
- Colour correction, retouching, and manipulation to ensure images meet high-quality standards
- Organise and manage large volumes of images efficiently, maintaining organised files and backups
- Collaborate with photographers and clients to understand specific editing preferences and requirements
- Create customised albums, collages, or layouts using Adobe InDesign or similar programmes
- Maintain a steady workflow to meet project deadlines without compromising quality
Experience
- Proven experience in photo editing, preferably within the wedding or event photography sector
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator
- Demonstrated ability to work with colour grading, retouching, and image manipulation techniques
- Knowledge of current photography trends and editing styles relevant to weddings
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A portfolio showcasing previous wedding photo editing work is preferred
