We’re looking for genuine, passionate, resilient, and progressive individuals to support children and young people with Autism, ADHD, trauma, and complex needs. This is your opportunity to provide safe, consistent, and meaningful support that helps young people feel understood and move forward positively.
The Role
- Provide nurturing, child-centred support
- Support routines, communication, and daily activities
- Use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches
- Follow care plans and maintain clear, accurate records
- Promote safeguarding, dignity, equality, diversity, and inclusion at all times
What You Need
- 6–12 months’ UK care experience (children or young people)
- Experience with behaviours that may challenge
- A genuine, passionate, resilient, and progressive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

- 2-day structured Children’s Induction
- Face-to-face Basic Life Support (BLS) training
- Specialist training including NAPPI (focused on PBS and de-escalation)
