RMN, Staff Nurse - Mental Health Nurse, Female Mental Health Rehabilitation service.

The Service: Draper House is a 15 bed rehabilitation service located in St Helens for females aged 18 years and above with complex mental health needs. The service provides a holistic approach to recovery from mental illness whilst maximising potential and promoting independence.
We strive to provide a supportive and therapeutic environment to enable each of the females in our care to achieve meaningful and sustainable recovery and fulfil their individual potential to the maximum extent. We help make positive changes in their lives and to gain greater independence, long-term mental well-being and successful reintegration into the community at the earliest opportunity.
About you: As an experienced RMN you will be required to run shifts effectively with a team of support workers. You will work as part of the MDT and collaboratively with the patients to provide all aspects of care including assessment, treatment and risk management which will contribute to the individuals recovery. As part of our multi-disciplinary team you will assist and support the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of our patients. As part of a multi-disciplinary team under the direct supervision of the Hospital Manager and Responsible Clinician, you will need to effectively work as part of the team to enable patients progression.
Newly Qualified RMN's will also be considered upon review of resume.

Requirements:

- NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
