Role: Waking Night Care Assistant
Location: Sherborne, Dorset
Shift Pattern: Waking Nights – 10 hour shifts
Pay: £13.00 per hour

We are currently looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Waking Night Care Assistants, supporting clients overnight across the Basingstoke area.

The Role
As a Waking Night Care Assistant, you will provide overnight support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night.
Duties may include:
- Assisting with personal care and overnight routines
- Providing reassurance, companionship, and emotional support
- Supporting with mobility and repositioning where required
- Assisting with medication administration
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to any overnight needs
- Updating care records and reporting any concerns appropriately
- Upholding the high standards of care and professionalism expected at Homelium
