Rae McCabe Associates is working with a long established and highly respected legal firm who boast an excellent reputation and client base. They have a requirement for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy office and support 2 Legal Directors with busy conveyancing caseloads.
This is a great opportunity for a Paralegal who enjoys working with in a client facing position, providing a valuable customer service. The role exists within a supportive and welcoming environment, working alongside supportive fee earners in a professional and friendly office.
Parking is available and a parking permit will be provided to the successful applicant.
Typical Duties:
· Supporting fee earners with the progression of residential conveyancing files
· Advising clients on matters relating to the purchase, sale and transfer of residential property
· Dealing with transactions at various stages of the conveyancing process
· Drafting standard offers, examining titles, preparing dispositions and relevant forms
· Preparing security documentation and instructing appropriate searches
Essential criteria:
· Previous experience of working as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
· A professional and friendly manner with the ability to form a good rapport with clients
· Ability to manage a busy caseload
· Good IT skills
· Ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision
