Pearl Smile Sandbach is a busy, modern mixed NHS/private dental practice with a friendly and supportive team environment. We are looking for a motivated and caring Dental Therapist to join our growing team and help us continue delivering excellent patient care.
We are a well-established practice with a strong patient base, experienced clinicians, digital systems, and a focus on teamwork and high standards of care.
The successful candidate will work closely with our dentists and hygiene team to provide a high standard of preventive and restorative dental treatment.
Duties will include:
- Providing direct access hygiene and therapy appointments
- Periodontal treatment and maintenance
- Oral health education and prevention advice
- Restorative treatment within scope of practice
- Taking radiographs and clinical records
- Managing a full diary efficiently
- Maintaining accurate patient notes and compliance standards
- Supporting anxious patients with a calm and caring approach
What We’re Looking For-
Essential:
- GDC registered Dental Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
Desirable:
- Experience working within NHS and private dentistry
- Knowledge of Dentally software
- Confidence working under direct access
