We are recruiting a second chef/sous chef to join our small and friendly team in a privately owned business in Frodsham, Cheshire. This position would suit a candidate looking to enhance and further their career.
Sous Chef – Requirements
- Overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen
- Liaising with companies for purchasing food orders and negotiating best prices
- Maintaining and increasing profit margins and stock GP
- Create and produce new seasonal menus and weekly specials
- Manage training and recruitment individually and for kitchen team
- Ensure kitchen meets all government and EHO regulations
- Relevant experience required.
Salary £31000 to 32000 or negotiable upon experience level.
