Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Change linens, make beds, vacuum floors, dust surfaces, and replenish amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Provide friendly and respectful service to guests, responding to requests promptly.
- Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent guest service.
