We have an amazing opportunity to join a supportive Childrens Residential Service in Worthing, supporting 4 children with learning disabilities.
You'll be responsible for:
- Caring for and supporting up to four young people in the home, helping them develop, grow and lead happy fulfilled lives
- Creating a homely, nurturing environment where young people can thrive
- Organising activities, helping young people learn new skills, achieve their goals and have fun !

We are looking for previous experience in a similar setting, preferably a relevant Level 3 qualification or willing to study for one.
