Sales Account Manager
Pay: £29,000 - £45,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Field-based role covering London, Home Counties, Kent, and Brighton
The role: This is a full-time Account Management and Business Development role focused on achieving annual revenue/margin and new business targets
Responsibilities
- Identify and target significant new customers, focusing on premium on-trade and independent off-trade
- Work with the current team to help elevate the company profile and reputation
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
- Represent the Harbour portfolio in London & Surrounding areas, acting as an ambassador for the producers we represent
- Host training sessions and events
- Manage and develop a list of existing Harbour customers to achieve full potential
Skills and Experience
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- A desire and drive to achieve sales targets
- Fantastic knowledge of beer, with a genuine passion for the industry and the producers we work with
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Positive outlook and excellent communication skills that reflect the company’s core values
- Proficient IT skills, including Google docs, Excel and relevant software
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic and a commitment to top-quality customer service
Remuneration
- Base salary subject to experience
- Generous annual target based bonus structure
