We are looking for a landscape team leader, here’s what we’d expect from you:
- Driving license - essential
- CSCS card - preferred but not essential
- Excavator experience
- Hard & Soft Landscaping experience
- Team and time management
- ‘Can do’ attitude with a professional approach

This is a role where you will be working outside in all weathers. Our work is a mix of new build developments and private customers. You will be required to undertake and be proficient in all aspects of hard and soft landscaping including:
- natural stone & porcelain paving,
- fencing,
- driveways,
- composite & timber decking,
- sleeper work,
- brick work,
- drainage works,
- water features,
- pergolas/arbors,
- setting out of levels,
- interpreting plans,
- lawn preparation,
- turf laying,
- planting (including trees)
...as well as anything else that is needed. You will need an good eye for detail, and to take pride in your work.
Working mostly in a team of two, you will be responsible for making sure the work is completed to a high standard within the timeframe given. Communication with management is key, we have a strong support structure that will help you to overcome any obstacles you may encounter, initiative is encouraged!
The provided tools, equipment and vehicle are your responsibility to keep clean and in good working order, with support from our friendly office team.
