Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support B2B sales activities through telemarketing and lead generation
- Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to record and update customer information accurately
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, adapting tone and language as necessary
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions within the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing or call centre environments is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential
- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required
