The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner room leader, you’ll be at the heart of our setting—supporting children’s development, sparking imaginations, and building strong partnerships with families. You’ll work alongside a passionate team to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences that reflect the EYFS and celebrate every child’s unique journey. You will be responsible to run the baby room to the highest of standards.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Knowledgeable about child development and the EYFS
- Able to lead a baby room
- A warm communicator who builds trust with children, families, and colleagues
- Creative, playful, and full of ideas to make learning irresistible
- Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
- Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years
- worked with Babies before
