We have an exciting new vacancy for a Bar Manager to join our team at Bosworth Hall Hotel in Market Bosworth, set in 11 acres of beautiful, landscaped gardens, the Grade II listed mansion which houses the hotel, dates backs from the 17th century and still retains many of its original features. Bosworth Hall Hotel is a 210 bedroom-hotel and is just a 30-minute drive from local towns and cities such as Tamworth and Leicester.

Your duties will include:
- Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
- Effectively control stock movement and all money received.
- Recruiting, training, developing and managing all bar staff.
- Ensuring all staff work within the confines of the Licensing Law.
The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Bar Manager. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers and be available to work varied shifts .
