An exciting opportunity has arisen to join FSL Flooring Scotland Ltd as an Area Sales Manager covering Yorkshire.
FSL is a leading floor covering distributor, supplying both retail and commercial customers across the UK. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven sales professional to help expand our presence in this key region.
The Role
Your focus will be simple: grow the area.
You’ll build strong relationships with both existing and new customers, helping them increase their flooring sales while driving your own performance.
As trends evolve, you’ll stay one step ahead — identifying opportunities, introducing new products, and ensuring your customers are stocked with the right ranges at the right time.
With market-leading products, reliable delivery and first-class service behind you, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your territory to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and develop long-term relationships with customers
- Identify opportunities to grow sales across existing and new accounts
- Introduce new ranges using sampling and display solutions
- Manage pricing, quotations and commercial terms effectively
- Plan and organise your area to maximise performance

About You
You’re a motivated sales professional with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
You’re confident building relationships, spotting opportunities and turning conversations into sales.
You’ll be:
- Proven in a sales or customer-facing role
- Strong in consultative selling and relationship building
- Organised and structured in managing your territory
- Self-motivated, with a proactive mindset
- A team player who thrives in a supportive environment
Experience in flooring, interiors, DIY or home improvement is advantageous, but not essential.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Eligible to work in the UK

Pay: Up to £50,000.00 per year
